File Naming Guidelines

Please make sure that your files are named according to the following guidelines:

fname_session_oral.extension

fname: family name of presenting author (conforms with schedule)

session: symposium1, symposium2, (...) symposium8 or general session (GS)

type: oral

Example for John Smith (in person oral in symposium 1)

smith_symposium1_oral.pdf
