File Naming Guidelines

Please make sure that your files are named according to the following guidelines:

fname_session.extension

fname: family name of presenting author (conforms with schedule)

session: poster

Example for John Smith (in person poster)

smith_poster.pdf

If file is > 50 Mb, paste a Dropbox or a Google Drive link to you file. Make sure it is un-restricted (public) and not password protected.

Make sure that shared links do not expire, are not password-protected, and do not require external email validation. Do NOT use systems such as WeTransfer for example.
