Accommodations during the conference

There are two conference hotels. Both are located a short distance from the conference venue.

Deadline for reservations: September 3, 2019.

Cost: $169 (single or double occupancy), $179 (triple or quadruple occupancy) (plus taxes)

Rooms: Between 20 and 50 rooms available between October 2nd and 6th, according to the date and room type (Queen or King).

Reservation Method: Guests must make reservations directly with the hotel by phone or by e-mail. Please mention «21st Inuit Studies Conference (21e Congrès d’Études Inuit)» to access this preferential rate. 

Check-in at 3PM / Check-out at noon. 

Cancellation: Without cost up to 48 hours before arrival date, otherwise the first night will be charged.

Parking: Available at the Palais des congrès (congress centre) for $22 per 24 hrs (plus taxes).

Hôtel Delta par Marriott

Cost: $219 for a standard room (plus taxes). Preferred rate subject to room availability at the time of reservation.

Rooms : The rooms set aside for the conference are standard rooms. They are available from September 29th until October 10th. However, it is possible to reserve a room in another category according to availability by paying the difference in room rate.

Reservation Method: Guests may make reservations by contacting Marriott's reservation service by phone and mentionnant the reservation code "S31" to have access to the preferential rate.

Check-in at 3PM / Check-out at noon. 

Cancellation: Without charge until 11:59PM (local time) the day before arrival without, otherwise the first night will be charged. 

Parking : $26.50 per day, valet service for $32 per day (plus taxes).
