International Delegates

International delegates wishing to attend the Inuit Studies Conference are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements, for obtaining visas and for covering costs such as registration fees and incidentals. We do not provide letters of invitation. To assist with securing travel visas, the Inuit Studies Conference will provide receipts, as confirmation of registration, upon payment of registration fees. International delegates wishing to attend the conference must register online and pay by credit card.

The Government of Canada has introduced a new entry requirement for those travelling to or through Canada who are not Canadian or American citizens, or permanent residents of Canada. You may require a visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). For more information, consult http://www.cic.gc.ca to determine if this requirement applies to you.

<h1>Délégués internationaux </h1>Les délégués internationaux qui souhaitent assister au Congrès d'Études Inuit (CEI) sont tenus responsables d’effectuer leurs propres démarches quant à la réservation du transport et de l’hébergement, à l’obtention d’un visa et au paiement des frais d’inscription et des frais afférents.Le CEI ne fournit pas de lettres d’invitation. Cependant, pour vous aider à obtenir un visa de voyage, une fois vos frais d’inscription payés, le CEI fournira un reçu qui confirmera votre inscription. Les délégués internationaux souhaitant assister à la conférence doivent s’inscrire en ligne et effectuer le paiement par carte de crédit.Le gouvernement du Canada a introduit une nouvelle exigence d’entrée pour les personnes qui voyagent au Canada ou qui y transitent et qui ne sont pas des citoyens canadiens ou américains ou des résidents permanents du Canada. Vous pouvez avoir besoin d’un visa ou de l’Autorisation de Voyage Électronique (AVE).
