There are two conference hotels. Both are located a short distance from the conference venue.

UPDATE: The Hotel Dauphin is apparently fully booked on October 2nd and 3rd. We're waiting to hear back about availability at the Hotel Delta by Marriott. For other options within walking distance of the conference, we encourage you to look for accommodations near Place-des-Arts Metro station and Saint-Laurent Metro station or to use the address of the Sherbrooke Pavillion as a reference point: 200 Sherbrooke St W, Montreal, QC, H2X 1X5.

Check-in at 3PM / Check-out at noon.

Cancellation: Without cost up to 48 hours before arrival date, otherwise the first night will be charged.

Parking: Available at the Palais des congrès (congress centre) for $22 per 24 hrs (plus taxes).

UPDATE: they have added some rooms and extended the booking deadline at the reduced rate to this Friday.

Rooms : The rooms set aside for the conference are standard rooms. They are available from September 29th until October 10th. However, it is possible to reserve a room in another category according to availability by paying the difference in room rate.

Reservation Method: Guests may make reservations by contacting Marriott's reservation service by phone and mentionnant the reservation code "S3I" to have access to the preferential rate.

Check-in at 3PM / Check-out at noon.

Cancellation: Without charge until 11:59PM (local time) the day before arrival without, otherwise the first night will be charged.

Parking : $26.50 per day, valet service for $32 per day (plus taxes).
