How:

Currently the Chair of the Inuit Circumpolar Council, Dr. Dalee Sambo Dorough was an As- sociate Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Alaska Anchorage, having received tenure in 2013. She has a Master of Arts in Law & Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University (1991) and a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia (2002). She has a long history of advocating for human rights, including her involve- ment in the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP).
