The purpose of this communication is to present the results of a project undertaken by the Sentinel North Research Chair on Relations with Inuit Societies. This project deals with Inuit women who work in Nunavik justice services. It shows their desire to rethink the concept of justice by valorizing their culture and knowledge. Following a workshop held in Puvirnituq (Nunavik) in December 2018 involving ten Inuit women working in justice services, it became apparent that they still have difficulty working with the idea of justice and express the need to promote a broader vision of justice that encompasses everything that helps maintain harmony within their communities. In this presentation, we will explore in more detail the different dimensions of what an Inuit women's perspective of justice might represent.
