Abby McCuaig is an animal rights activist and organizer with the Worldwide Save Movement based out of London, Ontario. In addition to organizing slaughterhouse vigils, protests and rescues across Southern Ontario with various Save groups, Abby is also a committee member for her local VegFest and runs a micro-santuary for rescued animals with her husband outside the city. Over the last few years Abby has turned her focus on harnessing the power of social media to connect the consumer with the individuals behind their choices. By bearing witness to animals arriving at the slaughterhouses, she shares their stories and final moments; using love-based activism to help others to go vegan and bring positive change for the animals.
