Lai-Tze Fan is an Assistant Professor of Digital Culture at Lingnan University, Hong Kong. As of December 2018, she will be an Assistant Professor of Rhetoric & Digital Media at the U of Waterloo, joining the Dept of English and Critical Media Lab. Fan serves as Associate Editor & Director of Communications of electronic book review. Her research on interactive narratives, media materiality, and the digital humanities has been published in Mosaic, ConvergenceDigital Studies, and Media Theory. Fan received the Alliance of Digital Humanities Organization's 2015 Lisa Lena Young Scholar Prize.
