
Trained in composition, Benoît Côté has a doctorate in music. His works have been heard in Quebec and abroad, particularly in theatre and dance. Also a writer, his first book, the essay Proposals for Clarity, was a finalist for the Governor General's Literary Awards in 2017. He also published the critically acclaimed novel Harvesting the Storm.
