Yan St-Onge est artiste, poète et performeur. Sa création a été diffusée dans divers contextes au Québec, en Ontario et en France sous forme d’expositions, de performances, de textes ou d’œuvres sonores. Il est diplômé de l'UQAM en arts visuels et en création littéraire ainsi que de l'École Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Marseille. La thèse de doctorat qu’il rédige actuellement à l’UQAM s’intitule « Sémiotique et esthétique de la poésie-performance : les enjeux de la performance et de la remédiatisation ».
