Zoe Cormack is a post-doctoral research associate at The Open University working on the ESRC-funded project, ‘Cultural Rights and Kenya’s New Constitution’ and a research assistant at The British Institute in Eastern Africa investigating material culture from South Sudan in European museum collections. She recently completed her PhD, The Making and Remaking of Gogrial: Landscape, history and memory in South Sudan (2014), in the history department at Durham University.
