This paper proposes to study the case of L'AP, an artistic and cultural association located in the city of Châteauroux. The castelroussin territory, whose deindustrialization and the departure of the American community led to an economic and demographic decline, suffers from a lack of image, both with its inhabitants and with people outside the territory. Since the investment of an old factory in the city center, the team acts according to the will of the revalorisation of this area. Its involved to revitalize the local cultural and artistic life, both to show as much its quality as to mobilize it as a tool for requalification (of the relationship between the inhabitants and their territory).
