James Daria is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Oregon. He has a master’s degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago. He is currently undertaking fieldwork to complete his dissertation.
