Ethnologue formé à l'EHESS, terrain de recherche en Afrique de l'Ouest, principalement la Guinée Conakry. Champs de recherche portant sur les relations nature/culture, les techniques et les théories de l’innovation. Ainsi ma recherche doctorale porte sur les relations sociales antagonistes entre membres d'un groupe territorial, relations regroupées sous l'idiôme de la "Jalousie", et sur une approche pragmatique des situations d'emprise - réelles ou imaginaires. Ainsi je m'intéresse à l'innovation à travers des figures d'innovateurs étudiés comparativement dans les sociétés littorales co-résidentes Baga et Susu, une société fondée historiquement sur le refuge pour la premier et sur la conquête pour la seconde. L'innovation s'intéresse ici aux espaces occultes mobilisés dans ses innovations techniques concernant des pratiques de pêche et à l’implication des régimes de sécrétion et des institutions telles que les sociétés secrètes à masques sur les itinéraires et figures des innovateurs. Autrement dit, il est question de comparer des formats d'alliances politico-rituelles au coeur de la fondation des groupes territoriaux, et des pratiques d'entreprenariat, cette comparaison pouvant référer aux notions locales de "badenya" et "fedenya". Parallèlement à ces recherches je me suis intéressé aux patrimonialisations minières ayant comme cadre la RSE, auxquelles j'ai pu participer via des études concernant les rituels. Depuis trois ans, je travaille sur les problématiques de sensibilisation santé et de transfert de savoirs auprès de populations de migrants en France, ou encore en Guinée depuis le début de l’épidémie Ebola.
