Thomas Weber

Thomas Weber is Professor for Media Studies at the Institute for Media and Communication (IMK) at the University of Hamburg since 2011 and was, among other things, head of the sub-project "Themes and Aesthetics" of the DFG research project "History of Documentary Film in Germany 1945-2005"; his publications include: Medienkulturen des Dokumentarischen. Wiesbaden: VS 2017 (ed. with Carsten Heinze) and Revisionen. Revisionen. Nationalsozialismus, Holocaust und Zweiter Weltkrieg im frühen dokumentarischen Film der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
