Graduate in History and Contemporary Society from the Autonomous University of Mexico City (UACM) and a master’s degree in Historiography from the Metropolitan Autonomous University (UAM). PhD candidate in the Historiography Postgraduate Program at the UAM-Azcapotzalco. His area of interest is the cultural historiography and the relation between historical discourse and fiction. His doctoral research approaches memory problems in recent films.
