Semay Buket Sahin

Semay Buket Şahin is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Radio, Television, and Cinema at Marmara University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Classics from Istanbul University and a Master's degree in Media Studies from Marmara University in Istanbul. Her research primarily focuses on Media Archaeology and Media History. Her scholarly contributions include the publication of two papers: "Medya Arkeolojisi Üzerine Bir İnceleme" (A Review on Media Archaeology) in 2020 and "A Cross-Cultural Review of Mass Orientation from Radio Theaters to Podcast Series within the Context of Oral Culture" in 2022. She also published her book entitled "Medeniyet ve İletişimin Arkeolojisi" (The Civilization and Archaeology of Communication) in 2023.
