Zach Karpinellison

Zach Karpinellison is a PhD candidate in the Interdisciplinary Cross Cultural Research program at the Australian National University. His work takes place at the intersection between screen and museum studies, and the subject of his research is the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia. He has a forthcoming publication in the Study of Communication Sciences Journal on film archives and “old media persistence” as well as a forthcoming book chapter on ‘film-archival unmaking.’
