CALL FOR PAPERS

We invite you to make a proposal (panels or individual communications). Each panel session lasts 90 minutes. Please prepare a 20-minute presentation per participant. A Q&R session will follow at the end of each panel.

Please send your name, the title of your presentation or panel and an abstract in the language of presentation (article: max 200 words / panel description: max 500 words) using the following link before ~~May 20~~ August 15: https://forms.gle/E5p9r8b2Rj5QCk5L6

When a group of presenters wishes to form a panel, the panel organizer must coordinate with the other speakers and take responsibility for that panel.

Important Dates

Abstract submission deadline : ~~May 20^th, 2024 (EST)~~ → August 15^th, 2024 (EST)
Confirmation of acceptance : ~~June 5^th, 2024 (EST)~~ → Generally within two weeks following submission

Each (co-)presenter must register for the conference before September 15^th, 2024 (EST).
