
Valéry Giroux is an attorney and coordinator of the Center for Research on Ethics (CRÉ), where she conducts research in animal ethics. She is also Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal and a Fellow at the Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics.
