The survey of the industrial heritage has been done from 2008, and has a basic understanding of the status of the industrial heritage Hanzhong area of Shaanxi province in China. Hanzhong area is the largest number of industrial heritage this survey, reached 27, with much representative. Through the analysis of the present situation of industrial heritage about the area, the article has tried to give some useful thoughts and suggestions for the protection of industrial heritage in Shaanxi Province. These thoughts and suggestions would play a useful role for the further development of industrial heritage protection.
