Priscila Henning graduated in architecture (2002) from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina; she has a master’s degree in history and fundamentals of architecture from the Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo, Universidade de São Paulo (USP) (2007). Her master’s thesis, Memória, preservação e autenticidade: a colônia alemã-bucovina no Paraná, won in 2008 the second place in the Mario de Andrade Award promoted by the Instituto de Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (IPHAN) and the Brazilian Association of Anthropology. She is currently a doctoral student in history (funded by the Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico / CNPq) at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP).
