Maria Clara Silva Cavalcante

Maria Clara da Silva Cavalcante was born in Recife, Brazil, in 1992. She graduated in History from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2013), also obtained a Master's degree in History at the same university (2017). Since 2019, She is developing research in the History Doctoral Program of the UFPE. The research is supported by CAPES (COORDINATION OF IMPROVEMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION PERSONNEL) scholarship. In addition, she is the author of some articles and has published and organized chapters of two books. She holds experience in the field of Cultural Heritage, emphasizing Industrial Heritage and focusing mainly on worker's memory, urbanization, and public cultural policies.
