Fernando Pascuotte Siviero holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP) and a master’s degree in cultural heritage preservation from the Instituto de Patrimônio Histórico e Artístico Nacional (IPHAN). His research and activities include photography, heritage education, and urban cultural heritage shared management. Besides that, he is an art educator and photographer in counter-hegemonic educational projects and actions.
