IME 2020 - Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be notified by email to the Organizing Committee (pigeon.mathieu.2@uqam.ca). You may transfer your registration to another person without incurring any cost or penalty, by notifying the Organizing Committee.

Refunds will apply as follows:

  • 75% of the registration payment will be refunded if notified on, or before, May 1;
  • 50% of the registration payment will be refunded if notified between May 1, and June 1;
  • no refund if notified on, or after, June 1, or non-attendance.
