The 6th Convention on Perseverance and Academic Achievement for First Peoples is fast approaching. 
We would like to remind you that the event will take place at the Palais des congrès de Montréal on November 6, 7 and 8, 2024.
This event is a great opportunity to increase the visibility of your business or organization! 
Below you will find important information regarding the purchase of your space.

 

Exhibitors Space:

· Your space: 1 ticket gives a space for a table of 6 feet × 30 inches. (it is possible to double space your space - 2 tables - by purchasing 2 tickets).

· Furniture in the space: A table of 6 feet × 30 inches, including tablecloth and skirt, as well as two chairs per space.

.Wireless internet: Free access Wi-Fi with a unique code.

· Electricity: When registering, you must specify whether you require electrical service for your space. As standard, a 5A extension cord is provided for each table. The extension cord includes 3 electrical outlets. 

· Shipping of equipment: It is not possible to drop off equipment a few days in advance at the delivery dock. Deliveries must be made on the morning of the event. Blue carts will be available to exhibitors at the delivery dock.
****** If material is sent to the delivery dock with a carrier, each box must be clearly identified with:
- The name of the event -> Convention on Perseverance and Academic Achievement for First Peoples 2024
- Date -> November 6 to 8, 2024
- Location -> Foyer 510-511
- Table number and exhibitor name.

· Meals: Lunch on Wednesday, November 6 and Thursday, November 7 as well as coffee breaks are included in the price. They will be provided by Maestro Culinaire, exclusive supplier of food services to the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

The schedule and parking space:

· Stand assembly: all stands must be assembled between 7 a.m. and 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2024.

· Dismantling: to be done on Friday, November 8 between 11:15 a.m. and 3 p.m.

· Parking: International district parking address -> 249, rue Saint-Antoine Ouest - Montréal

· Exhibitors Space opening hours:
Although traffic is greater before and after the workshops, during meals and cocktails, the Exhibitors Space is open:

  • Wednesday, November 6, 8 a.m.—5:30 p.m.,
  • Thursday, November 7, 8 a.m.—6:30 p.m.
  • Friday, November 8, 8 a.m.—11 a.m.

· Security: A security officer will be present at the Exhibitors Space during the nights from Wednesday to Thursday, and from Thursday to Friday.

· Need help?: On site, identified staff will be able to answer your questions and help you if needed. 

 

The banquet :

 It is possible to participate in the Thursday evening banquet for the sum of $50/person.
