In the context of decolonizing education, numerous teachers, including both Indigenous and non-Indigenous, stress the necessity of developing teaching and learning scenarios based on authentic and culturally pertinent resources. This momentum in valuing Indigenous knowledge, realities, and cultures via curricular content and pedagogical practices prompted La Boîte Rouge VIF to create the educational factsheet compilation project À la rencontre des Premiers Peuples. The result of rich collaborations involving several education organizations and knowledge bearers from various nations, this contribution presents the collection and reports on the implementation by teachers of significant educational activities in Indigenous and non-Indigenous school settings. It gathers input from teachers and students, with the goal of refining the resource.
