INFORMATIONS about presentation

It is with great pleasure that CERMO-FC invites you to its sixth conference which will take place the November 21 and 22, 2024 at Chaufferie du coeur des sciences (UQAM).

This event is an opportunity for the members of the CERMO-FC and Rare.Qc network to learn more about the diversity of our expertise and our research interests and thus pave the way for new collaborations.

This year, the symposium will take place over two days. Thursday afternoon will focus on the achievements of professors with the presentation of 4 CERMO-FC grant recipients. We will also have the pleasure of welcoming Professor Christiane Auray-Blais (LL.M., Ph.D.) from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences of the University of Sherbrooke, and to the Clinical Research Center of the CHUS from Sherbrooke. Professor Auray-Blais is the biochemist responsible for the Quebec Neonatal Urinary Screening Program for Hereditary Metabolic Diseases in Sherbrooke and she is the scientific director of the Waters-CHUS Center of Expertise in Clinical Mass Spectrometry. Learn more about the work of Pre Auray-Blais.

On Friday, the emphasis will be placed on presentations offered to student members of CERMO-FC. Oral and poster presentations will enrich the CVs of our students, and enhance the visibility of the research of our member researchers. The deadline for abstract submission is October 9, 2024.

Hope to see many of you there!

The organizing committee of the CERMO-FC conference
