The Department of Chemistry offers education in chemistry and biochemistry leading to the acquisition of licenses, masters and doctorates. The study programs include a lot of practical work that allows students to apply the rules and principles of their discipline. The department is also home to some twenty research groups in original niches of chemistry and biochemistry.
