Proposal submission

October 1, 2019 - Deadline for submitting a proposal for a contribution to the conference
November 1, 2019 - Scientific Committee Decisions on Proposals
February 20, 2020 - Deadline for participants to register to the conference in order for their contribution to appear in the program

Contributions can take various forms:

Exploration workshop (75 min.) centers on an original practice and invites participants to experience it. The presentation of theoretical principles is minimal as the workshop is focused on the experience and the resulting discussions.
Communication (20 min., not including the question period)
Symposium (120 min.) gathers 4 papers around a specific theme or field. The symposium includes 1) an introduction (question review) by the symposium coordinator (10 min.); 2) 4 papers that fall within the symposium theme and 3) time for questions and discussion (30 min.)

The exploration workshop proposal will include:

A title
The type of proposal
For each facilitator: first name, surname, function, institutional affiliation, e-mail address
The maximum number of participants, if any
A summary of up to 500 words with clearly identifiable indications relating to 1) the context, 2) the objectives of the workshop, 3) the problem, 4) the theoretical framework, 5) methodological issues, 6) anticipated impacts

The communication proposal will include:

A title
The type of proposal
For each author: first name, surname, function, institutional affiliation, e-mail address
5 keywords
A summary of no more than 500 words clearly identifiable with indications relating to 1) the context, 2) the problem, 3) the theoretical framework, 4) methodological issues (approach, data collection techniques, analysis, etc., research/training/intervention articulation) 5) effects/impacts/outcomes/results

The symposium proposal will include:

A title
The type of proposal
The first name, surname, function, institutional affiliation and e-mail address of the coordinator
The names of the authors
5 keywords
A text clearly describing the theme and objective of the symposium (500 words maximum) and a summary of each communication proposal (according to the format requested for communication proposals)

Full text of the contribution proposal

Contribution projects must be submitted in doc, docx or odt format and respect the following style:

Times New Roman 12

Single-spaced

Left and right justification

2.5 cm margins

	Les contributions peuvent prendre diverses formes : 
</h3>

	<li>Atelier d’exploration (75 minutes) permet de présenter une pratique originale en la faisant expérimenter à un groupe de participant.e.s. La présentation de principes théoriques y est minimale, l’atelier étant plutôt axé sur le vécu du dispositif et sur les discussions en découlant.<br></li>
	<li>Communication (20 minutes, sans compter la période de questions)<br></li>
	<li>Symposium (120 minutes) regroupe 4 communications autour d’une thématique ou d’un domaine déterminé. Le symposium comporte 1) une introduction (revue de question) effectuée par la personne qui coordonne le symposium (10 minutes), 2) 4 communications qui relèvent du thème du symposium et 3) un temps pour les questions et la discussion (30 minutes)<br></li>

	<li>un résumé de 500 mots au maximum comportant de manière clairement repérable des indications relatives 1) au contexte, 2) aux objectifs de l’atelier, 3) à la problématique, 4) au cadre théorique, 5) aux questions de méthodes, 6) aux retombées anticipées<br></li>
