Attending the conference
It's simple!
You need to register to the conference and have a Zoom account to be able to enter the conference rooms (https://zoom.us/freesignup).
In the program, you will find the clickable links to the Zoom rooms for all talks and keynotes.
Dear participants, speakers and session chairs,
It is therefore through the program that you will be able to access the sessions you want to
attend, such as the one in which you present, if applicable, or the one you chair, if you have
been asked to act as session chair. Please take note that the chat will only be activated for
question periods, to minimize distractions.
Socialization and discussion at the conference will take place in two formats:
At the end of each session, the Zoom rooms (Salon Zoom) remain open, providing an
opportunity for speakers and attendees to stretch out the question period synchronously.
In parallel, Discord channels will be used continuously for announcements, socialization, and
“asynchronous” discussion of presentations. We invite you to use written and vocal channels to
discuss particular presentations, ask questions to speakers that may not have been asked during
question periods, to socialize during breaks, or to point out technical problems.
