Lisa Marie Selitz is a research assistant at the Centre for Heritage Conservation Studies and Technologies at the University of Bamberg, Germany. Since 2016 she is associated with the graduate college "Identity and Heritage,“ set at the Technische Universität Berlin and the Bauhaus‐University Weimar and promoted by the German Research Foundation. Her PhD thesis goes along the theme: "What is worth keeping? Actor‐specific perspectives on preservational values within the context of urban heritage and urban renewal." She holds a Master of Arts in Heritage Conservation of the University of Bamberg. In her bachelor’s degree she studied art history as well as cultural and social anthropology in a double major at the University of Muenster.
