Celina Peña Guzmán, Historian and PhD in Public Administration, Associate Professor in Communications Faculty of Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP, México). Professor in TPTI Sorbone University. Her research focuses on industrial heritage and its preservation. Former director of “Mirada Antropológica”, journal of the Faculty of Anthropology, BUAP. Her mainly research interest lie at the trasnational stream of capitals in the electrification of México during the modernization processes as Necaxa, hydroelectric plant, demonstrate us.
