Mathieu Lavoie is a graduate student in Tourism developement at École des sciences de la gestion in UQAM at the depatement of études urbaines et touristiques under the supervision of Pre Lucie K. Morisset. Mathieu worked in landscaping at Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook and is about to open La Classe bed & breakfast in an old school of the MRC of Coaticook, Qc. This combination of practical and startup knowhow quite nicely with his field of studies. He is also graduated from  École de technologie supérieure in Automated production Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace and Industrial technologies.
