Habiendo creado su agencia de eventos Artifis en 2003, se ha dedicado a la organización de eventos benéficos y congresos internacionales. Con más de 18 años de experiencia en gestión de eventos, es coautora de un libro en 2009: Gestión de eventos: principios y prácticas. Además, ha acumulado más de dieciocho años de experiencia docente universitaria. Actualmente imparte cursos en marketing y gestión de eventos (en la B.A.A.) y en gestión de eventos (en la Maestría en gestión de proyectos y desarrollo turístico) en la Universidad de Quebec en Montreal, donde obtuvo dos veces el Premio a la Excelencia en la Enseñanza.
