Zeljka Miklosevic, PhD, holds the position of researcher and teaching assistant at the Department of Information and Communication Sciences at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She holds an MA degree in Art History and Museology and PhD degree in Museology. The topic of her PhD thesis was multimodal museum communication. Her research interests focus upon ways in which different modes and media contribute to creation of meanings related to heritage, primarily in museum institutions.
