The activity is free of charge for postdoctoral fellows enrolled in partner universities*. For these individuals: $55 will be charged at the time of registration. This amount will be refunded on the same card in the days following the event, on the condition that you attend the event on May 31, 2025.
Registration is $55 for all other postdoctoral researchers.
Cancellation policy : A 100% refund of the registration fee will be granted if the cancellation is made before Friday, May 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
Canadian or European VISA and MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
Waiting list: In the event of a cancellation by participating individuals, the freed spots will be offered to those registered on this list, in the order of registration. Individuals on the waiting list will be contacted only if spots become available.
*Partner Universities of the Event: École de technologie supérieure, HEC, Institut national de la recherche scientifique, McGill University, École Polytechnique de Montréal, Bishop’s University, Concordia University, Université de Montréal, Université de Sherbrooke, Université Laval, and Université du Québec à Montréal.
