I am a part of this conference as a volunteer research assistant with the EnRiCH Reseach Lab. We will be doing a presentation on our photovoice project showcasing the voices of youth in the Ottawa community on topics related to disaster risk reduction, COVID-19, climate change and much more!
I am currently a social service worker student at Seneca College. I am very interested in community engagment and social justice issues such as affordable hosuing and food insecurity particularly with those who identify as youth and newcomers.
I am very grateful to be a part of this conference and I look forward to listening to other speakers!
