Instructions for Virtual Presenters

Keynote Address, Workshops, Regular Sessions

We kindly ask you to send us a copy of your PPT in advance to guimond-morganti.david@courrier.uqam.ca and to reel-melt@uqam.ca in case there are connection issues with Zoom.

2. Virtual Poster Sessions

We kindly ask you to send us a copy of your 7-minute video as soon as possible to reel-melt@uqam.ca with a cc to guimond-morganti.david@courrier.uqam.ca. There will be a separate page on the website with a link to your video. Attendees may watch your video at any time during the conference.

During your 15-minute Zoom session, the format is flexible. You may broadcast your video and answer questions from the attendees or you may use this time to only answer questions if attendees have already viewed your presentation.
