Instructions for On-site Presenters

Keynote Address, Workshops, Regular Sessions

We kindly ask you to send us a copy of your PPT in advance to guimond-morganti.david@courrier.uqam.ca and to reel-melt@uqam.ca. If this is not possible, please provide it at the moment of registration (Wednesday morning) for verification.

It is strongly recommended to be in the room at least one session before your scheduled time slot.

On-site Poster Sessions

All on-site posters will be showcased all day in V-1430 (registration, coffee breaks and Exhibitor Fair).

Please consult the schedule to see where your 15-minute Zoom session will take place. During your session, you may share you’re an electronic version of your poster or PPT (7-10 min.) and/or answer questions from the virtual attendees (8-10 minutes).

Au cours de votre session, vous pouvez partager la version électronique de votre affiche ou PPT (7-10 min.) et / ou répondre aux questions des participant.e.s à distance (5-8 minutes).
