
Wayne Senick is currently the Technical Director and president of Termarust Technologies Inc. formerly Bridgecote Inc. He is a Graduate of the University of Manitoba, Nace Level III Coating Inspector and Co - Inventor of the HRCSA Rust Mitigation Chemistry.
He has sat on and vice chaired TSP2 NBPP (National Bridge Preservation Partnership), NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers), SSPC (Society for Protective Coatings) and AREMA (American Railway Engineers and Maintenance of Way). Technical Committees are involving development of both written and visual standards for preservation of flexible steel structures, water jetting, wet abrasive blasting and soluble salts. Has been involved with rust mitigation, corrosion control and high-performance coating since 1980.
