Meryem Qacami is a PhD candidate in geographical sciences at the Department of Geographical Sciences of Laval University (UL) in Quebec (Canada). She obtained a Master's degree in geo-information and environmental management at the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania in Greece, as well as an engineering degree in geomatics of natural resources at the National School of Forestry Engineers in Salé, Morocco. Currently, she is working on her doctoral research, focusing on the risk analysis of climate change impacts on cereal and olive production sectors in northern Morocco.
