Flore Vigné have a PHD in Geography at Grenoble Alpes University (PACTE/CERMOSEM laboratory) and heritage project manager at the Ardèche Departement. Her work is about the heritage process for industrial legacies in Monts d’Ardèche and the effect they have on the transformation of ruralities. Her PHD thesis accomodate in a administrative division so she explore the issues of research and action and the use of research data for local development.
