You are also welcome to participate to Alan Crivellaro's pre-conference workshop: Design and Deliver Effective Scientific Presentations (programmed mid-June)

A speaker ready room will be available to on-site presenters for testing their presentation prior to their scheduled talk.
Online oral presentations
Deadline to upload your files: June 26. Select File Upload System from the top menu and choose the appropriate format
Online oral presentations will be presented on schedule, and will be delivered in two steps:
- A pre-recorded video of the presentation (12 min max).
- A “live” Q&A session (2 min max) where the speakers need to remotely connect to answer the questions from the audience.
Presentations must respect the guidelines for on-site oral presentations (12 min max + 2 min questions, etc). In addition, speakers must make sure that light / sound / image (during both pre-recorded and Q&A sessions) are adequate.
