For Speakers: registration is closed.
For Participants (non-speakers): use the following promo code: lateREG2022. registration deadline is June 24.

TRS MEMBERS

You get a 15% discount on registration fees if you are an active TRS member.
Your TRS ID number will be requested to validate your membership

AM I A STUDENT?:

Students are eligible for discounted registration. Students are persons that pursue education in a university or college and that are duly registered in an undergraduate or graduate program (Master of PhD). Post-docs do not classify as students.

TICKETS TYPES:

Tickets for the conference and for the banquet must be bought separately and for each individual.
All tickets are valid for an in person participation.
Each presenter must be a registered attendee.
Attendees who request an online accommodation will need to advise the organizing committee no later than April 1st 2022, by sending a message to ameridendro2022@gmail.com

PAYMENT:

AmeriDendro2022 accepts credit cards only.
A purchaser may buy more than one ticket, but must identify each participant.

CANCEL AND REFUND POLICY:

All tickets bought may be fully refunded before April 1st 2022.
Between April 1st and May 15, a 50$ processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
After May 15, no refund will be possible.

BANQUET CANCELLED

The banquet has been replaced by a free cocktail for all registered attendees.
All attendees to the banquet have been refunded for its cost.
Please do not buy new banquet tickets.
