Designed for visitors and newcomers, the tour is based on the pleasure of a first discovery of the city. To see the beauty of the river and the mountains is to be able to locate Montreal in space. The visit also helps to understand the landmarks of urban development, to discover the originality of the popular architectural heritage, and to grasp the broad outlines that cross and structure the city: social fractures, waves of immigration, areas of marginality, citizen solidarity, vitality and animation of the central districts.
